Clay, more known as DreamWasTaken or Dream (born 1999, August 12) is an American YouTube gamer. He is well-known for his Minecraft videos on YouTube.

As we all know, Dream’s most popular and most viewed series in Minecraft Manhunt.
In this game, one player-usually Dream-tries to complete the game as fast as possible with only one life he has, while another team or player, we can say tries to stop the other person from beating the game by obviously killing them.
Each hunter has infinite lives and also a compass that is pointed towards the player’s location. The hunters usually win the game if the player dies before beating Minecraft.
In the year 2019 on December 26, Dream posted the first video in this series named ‘Beating Minecraft but My Friend Tries to Stop Me’.

Speedrun cheating accusations
In early October 2020, Dream started live-streaming a speedrun of Minecraft in the “1.16+” category and then submitted his time to Speedrun.com. He was also awarded 5th place for the record.
After that, on December 11, 2020, following a two-month investigation, Speedrun.com’s Minecraft verification team removed him/his run from the boards.
Then the team also uploaded a 14-minute video to YouTube and a report analyzing six archived live streams of speedrunning sessions by Dream from the time record.
They also concluded that the game had been modified to make the chance of obtaining certain items which need to complete the game higher than normal.
But, Dream denied the accusations in a YouTube video and also responded with a commissioned report which was written by an anonymous statistician who he claimed was an astrophysicist.
In a tweet, Clay indicated that he would accept their decision, without admitting any fault despite the moderation team stood by their ruling.
